    i hired Chipper's to remove a tree that my son shattered in a wreck on personal property. I have also used him many times before and have referred him to my neighbor and many others. Mr. Seth Dodd takes his business serious and personally. i asked him just to dump the tree anywhere on my sons farm as long as it wasn't in the driveway. Mr. Dodd and his crew didn't dump it, they literally stacked it so nicely and neatly that i was in awe. also he done some additional work for the lady whose trees had damage from my sons wreck. Mr. Dodd and his crew are respectful, responsive, and extremely fair and cheaper than anyone else. They take pride in their jobs, and leave the area so clean and pristine you can't tell anything was ever done unless you choose to not have the stump removed. In todays world so many are quick to make an easy dollar and then complain or many pay and then complain. I choose to praise those who deserve it and Mr. Dodd most certainly deserves it. for anyone needing tree service done, i highly recommend them and would only trust Chippers.     Chipper's entire team we great with communicating before, during, and after the job. They came the day before to do one last walk-around to make sure what needed to be done. On the day of service they were in and out in about 2 hours - and that included taking out 2 trees, cutting back an unruly Crepe Myrtle, and taking out low-hanging branches from about 5 trees, as well as cleaning up so you never knew they were there.     Highly recommend Chippers Tree Service. I had a big pine tree hanging over the house and right next to the power lines. The crew worked fast. Was respectful when my wife had to leave the house. They stopped cutting and made sure was in the safety zone before returning to work. They went some extra steps and blew pine straw off the roof and was very good add getting all the limbs and sticks removed from the yard.     These guys are the best in the tree service industry in northeast Alabama! They just finished a large project for my senior property. One was huge, and right beside my house I was nervous to get it removed, but these guys got it done without any problem at all. Removed everything from my property.     We highly recommend Chipper's Tree Service! My dad tried to get quotes for his trees from a few places, but no one he contacted would ever show up to give him an estimate. I had run across Chipper's page while scrolling through FB, one day, and decided to give them a call. Seth responded quickly to my message and was out within a couple of days to give us an estimate. The price was fair, and best of all, they actually SHOWED UP as promised.     I had Chippers cut down one dead tree that was close to my shed and next to my concrete drive on a wooded lot. They took the tree down without hurting the concrete or the shed. I also had a tree stump that was about 6feet tall that my dad had carved a bear and racoon on. The cut the stump and saved both the bear and raccoon. They did a great job of loading everything up and hauling off the debris plus the made the extra effort of cleaning up after the work was completed. I highly recommend Chippers tree service.     We recently had a large limb fall from a huge partially hollow oak tree. We had Chipper's Tree Service cut the tree down. It was a dangerous task because of the unperdictability of the tree. They were well prepared with the right equipment to do the task efficiently and safely. In addition, they had the appropriate insurance for the job. One of my personal pet peeves is working with contractors who don't do what they say they will do and when they say they will do the job. Chipper's definitely does not fall in that category.     Just WOW! We called on a Saturday afternoon, the Foreman met us on the side of state highway. He gave me a price on the spot to remove and haul away 2 large trees and 4 small ones. We agreed with a handshake. The work required them to set up on the highway, so two flagmen, a dump truck, bucket truck and a skidder. They showed up Wednesday morning and was gone by 11:00am. 30 days later I got a invoice for the handshake price. I plan to use them to clear the 1/4 mile driveway. See more See less

    Chipper's Tree Service came and cut down huge dead oak tree plus two dead dogwoods. They arrived on time with right equipment and cleaned up all the debris. The cost was comparable to other tree services. As an added bonus, the crew was personable, friendly and efficient. Will use again. See more See less

    Chipper’s Tree Service was wonderful from end to end. Seth and his crew communicated well, planned, prepared, did the job, then cleaned up and went on their way.
